Each day at midnight, our bakers begin their overnight routine. They start by shaping croissants and danish, then on to baking dozens of our muffins, scones, and famous popovers. The day flows into mixing breads and cookie doughs, baking fresh fruit pies, and preparing the croissant doughs for the following day (all with a single rolling pin and fresh Cabot butter). The simple scratch baked approach is what makes PIE unique.
From our classic Applewood Smoked Bacon, Egg, and Cheddar on a fresh popover, to Smashburgers and Falafel, our menu has something for everyone. We offer Gluten Free Bread for all sandwiches and multiple options for Vegans, including cream cheese and avocado toast. All of our meats and cheeses are sliced fresh everyday, Roast Beef and Chicken is roasted in house. If you’re in a hurry, don’t stress, we offer online ordering and all of our breakfast and lunch options are designed for efficiency.
Pie offers its full menu for any size event with local delivery available upon request.From Pastry and Sandwich Platters to Full Pans of our Rum Raisin Bread Pudding, we have anything you’d need for a post wedding breakfast to a full lunch with dessert for 50 of your friends. We also run seasonal menu items ( think, Strawberry Rhubarb Pie in summer, Pumpkin and Pecan in the Fall).Of course, we’re big on Thanksgiving around here and offer all of our pies for preorder. In weekly rotation are specialty pastry items, breakfast and lunch options. It gives us space to test out new ideas and use seasonal items in their prime.
