A staff favorite! Made by the Big Red Rooster right in Woods Hole, his hot sauce has a full, complex flavor with considerable, but not confrontational heat. It is good on a variety of dishes from eggs to oysters to guacamole to BBQ to salads. Some of our customers combine the hot sauce with sour cream to make dips or spreads for meats and vegetables and other creative uses.
